Senior Star as a national senior living facility and offers at-home and on-site services for elderly people suffering from the effects of age. They needed a PPC strategy that would help them capitalize on the growing population of people needing senior living solutions. To optimize for this, we needed to design a landing page that would drive conversions.
To get more dental clients, Senior Star used search ads and display ads to grab high-value traffic and spread brand awareness.
We set up conversion tracking to monitor performance, managed the budget, had a high focus on keywords that were more likely to convert, and split test the CTR of different ads.
This was a tricky one because they have several locations across the nation:
And we were running ads for all of them.
While this was a global company, each location had its own campaigns that were each treated like local campaigns. We relied a lot on shared keyword lists to make cross campaign optimizations. We also had to be very specific with our location targeting so that locations near each other didn’t compete.
To increase conversions, we made the CTAs very clear and at the top of the landing page. Any relevant information that people might look for was moved to the top along with the contact form. We started to include images and testimonials that would allow people to see the benefits of working with Senior Star. There were many different landing pages. One for each service at each location, averaging 4 landing pages per location.
